HOUSE FEATURES:
Flooded with natural light Archies offers seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining with glass doors opening up to the pool terrace. The hub of the home is the open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area which overlooks the sparkling solar heated pool and tranquil gardens. Relax on the sun lounges, take a dip in the pool, play some basketball on the half court and enjoy alfresco dining with family and friends. The options are endless! There’s also a separate gazebo next to the basketball court with a dining table, cafe blinds and a plumbed gas barbecue providing outdoor entertaining all year round.
The living area features large comfortable sofas perfect for snuggling into, and a gas log fire to keep you cozy on cooler days. The 2nd lounge room has a double sofa bed that is suitable for a young person or teenager. Down the hall you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, including a huge master bedroom with ensuite, plus a family bathroom with an indoor spa bath. Additional features include ducted heating and cooling, ceiling fans, DeLonghi coffee machine, and to keep everyone entertained there is a half basketball court, trampoline, pool and pool toys, various kids DVDs, games and toys to enjoy!

We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays.
