Tucked away in a quiet location, the bay beach is just 650 meters away or an 8 min walk (and is dog friendly all day), and the magnificent rock pools at Koonya Ocean Beach are only 950 meters away or a 12 min walk.

HOUSE FEATURES:

Offering peace and tranquility, Serenity Beach House is a calm and relaxing place to stay. Featuring warm rustic hard wood floorboards throughout, and large windows looking out to the lush green garden. The elegant Moonah Trees, that are indigenous to the Peninsula, are a significant feature of the front garden and the front hedge provides privacy.

Each of the two bedrooms feature extremely comfortable king size beds fitted with quality linen. There are large corner windows that allow light and balmy breezes to flow through and create a lovely space for sleeping. A reverse cycle air conditioner cools the house on warm days, and provides warmth in cooler weather along with the gas fire.

The new kitchen has everything you need for a big cook up, including a beautiful SMEG stove. You will also find a range of cookbooks for inspiration. A key feature of the open dining area is our groovy green retro laminex table, which seats 6-8 people. 

The lounge has a Tessa leather lounge suite, gas heater and a 50-inch Smart TV with Netflix to enjoy. There are also large windows overlooking the gardens and a sliding door that opens onto the front patio that is a delightful area for breakfast, coffee or cocktails! 

The bathroom is full of coastal charm detail with lime washed floors, a shower and separate toilet. There is a large laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and a large trough for washing your ‘pooch’.

A large west facing outdoor deck provides glorious afternoon sunshine, and offers a Weber gas BBQ on mains gas, a large outdoor table for entertaining and a market umbrella. The Adirondack chairs and sun lounges on the deck, or lawn, are perfect for relaxing, reading a book and enjoying the sun.
