We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking (unless agreed otherwise). The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Amex (please note: paying via credit card incurs a 3% service fee to cover admin and bank fees and costs associated with credit card fraud).

Direct deposit into Coast & Country Getaways bank account is a fee-free option available to our guests for bookings made prior to 7 days before your check-in date. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact our office on 0419 754 554.

We offer the option for guests to pay via direct deposit into the Coast & Country Getaways bank account. Please contact our office on 0419 754 554 for our bank account details. Deposits need to be paid within 7 working days of making the booking.

We do accept single night bookings during off peak times. Minimum tariffs will apply, usually a 1.5 night fee plus an exit clean fee.

We email our guests with a pre-arrival letter approx 2 to 4 days prior to check-in. This letter contains information on directions to get to the property, access to keys and other important details.

Properties have a 4:00pm check-in.

Properties have a 10:00am check-out.

The option to have an earlier check-in may be arranged. Please email to request an early check-in prior to your arrival. Guest Services may not be able to confirm early check-in until 12 -24 hours prior to your arrival.

We are happy to arrange a later checkout whenever possible. However, if the property is booked for that evening we will need to prepare it for the arrival of the next guests. Late checkouts will incur additional fees, as they can potentially make the property unavailable for prospective guests.

Late check outs of 6:00pm can be arranged (if available) for 50% of 1 night room rate.

Pillows and doonas are provided at each property. Some properties include linen, this is usually clearly stated in the property listing, if unsure please contact our friendly Bookings team to clarify. Otherwise guests are welcome to book our Linen service at $39pp (this includes the making of the beds). If you wish to book the linen service, linen is charged for each guest staying at the property, unfortunately we cannot accept linen per bed bookings. If you do not wish to use our linen service you can BYO sheets, pillow cases, doona covers and bath towels (etc).

No. The rate will vary depending upon the number of rooms you need. Guests are given sole occupancy of the property. A multiple bedroom property will be quoted at the “full house tariff” when booked more than two weeks in advance.

Tariffs are based upon the number of bedrooms occupied, whether for one night or for the complete duration of a booking.

This is dependant upon the home, most properties supply enough wood for your first fire. We recommend purchasing some wood on the way to your holiday rental. Service stations usually supply firewood.

Telstra and Optus are available, however Vodafone has unreliable reception on the Coast.

If goodies are supplied at your accommodation (chocolates, champagne, bath products etc) they are part of your accommodation package, so please enjoy them at your leisure!

We appreciate guests leaving the accommodation neat and tidy and putting bins out as required. Please refer to your pre-arrival letter or our Terms and Conditions for expected standards.

We also ask that you refrain from moving furniture around, or from one property to another. We thank you in advance for your assistance with these requests.
