No. The rate will vary depending upon the number of rooms you need. Guests are given sole occupancy of the property. A multiple bedroom property will be quoted at the “full house tariff” when booked more than two weeks in advance.

Tariffs are based on the number of bedrooms occupied, whether for one night or for the complete duration of a booking.

We do accept single night bookings in off peak times. However, minimum tariffs will apply. Usually a 1.5 night fee, plus exit clean cost.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. (unless agreed otherwise) The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

We accept Visa or MasterCard. There is a 3% fee for paying on card. This is to recoup the fees charged to us by these merchants. Direct Credit into our bank account is a fee-free option available to you for bookings made outside 7 days of your check in date.

You can pay via direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact our office for bank account details. Deposits need to be paid within three working days of making the booking.

This is home dependant, most supply enough for your first fire. We recommend purchasing wood on the way.

Telstra and Optus are available but Vodafone has no reception.

You will be sent a pre-arrival letter 2-4 days pre check in that will have all your access details.

Properties have a 4pm check-in.

Properties have a 10am check-out.

Earlier check in's may be arranged, please check with booking team prior to arrival.

If we have a booking for the evening, we need to prepare the property for the next guests. We will arrange a later checkout, wherever possible. Late checkouts incur additional fees as they can make the property unavailable for prospective guests.

Late check outs of 6pm can be arranged if available for 50% of 1 night room rate.

Linen can be provided at $39pp. This includes the making of the beds. If you do not wish to use linen service than you can BYO sheets, pillow cases, doona covers and bath towels (etc)

If goodies are supplied in your accommodation (chocolates, champagne, bath products, etc) they are part of your accommodation package, so they’re there for you to eat, use and enjoy!
