The large glass windows bring the outdoors in and provide access to the beautiful coastal views. It is an entertainer’s dream with exceptional indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces, including the impressive north facing alfresco entertaining deck with gas barbecue. The upstairs lounge and viewing deck, complete with fully equipped bar and wine cooler, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy end of day cocktails whilst watching the sun go down over the sparkling waters of Port Phillip Bay.

The huge kitchen, situated between the comfortable lounge area with wood fireplace and the beautiful indoor dining space, is filled with premium appliances, marble benches and island, and integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

Other features include split system heating/cooling and ceiling fans, double remote-controlled garage, second fridge and freezer for weekend soirees, and access to the pool and gym facilities as part of Delgany.

  • STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events/gatherings allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
  • Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
