This spacious, light filled studio is surrounded by coastal gardens and tall Moonah trees providing a tranquil coastal haven. Enjoy alfresco dining in the delighful undercover area with a gas BBQ, toast marshmallows around the firepit, or enjoy morning coffee on the Studio patio.

Freshly painted and renovated throughout, with soft neutral furnishings and coastal styling. The open plan Studio features a well equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, L’Or coffee machine and coffee pods, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. There is a queen size bed, a large living area with arm chairs and Smart TV, a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer and a walk-in robe.

Mornington Peninsula’s best offerings are right on your doorstep, with easy access to an array of beautiful beaches, world class golf courses, amazing wineries and restaurants, the Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs, boutique shopping and the stunning spots to enjoy a picnic and watch the sun setting over the bay!

STUDIO: 1 x Queen Bed

Linen, bath towels and extra blankets are provided. The bed also has an electric blanket. Please BYO beach towels if required.

Pets are welcome with prior approval only. Specific pet conditions and $80 pet fee applies.
Double carport, onsite parking for up to 2 cars, a jet ski or small boat.

STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays.
