The views across to the lighthouse and bay from the upstairs entertaining deck are a highlight, especially when the lighthouse is lit up in colours for special occasions. Upstairs features a huge open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area that opens up through glass doors to an entertaining deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. It is an entertainer's dream with a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and easy indoor/outdoor entertaining. Downstairs offers 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second living area which opens out to landscaped gardens. Other features include a Smart TV, 2 standard TVs, ducted heating throughout, split system and evaporative air conditiong in the living areas, ceiling fans in bedrooms, mains gas BBQ and onsite parking in carport for up to 2 cars (shared driveway to remain clear).
