It is an entertainers dream with 2 alfresco dining areas that are easily accessed from the kitchen via large glass sliding doors.

This charming, private beach house is unparalleled in location. Close to St. Pauls General Store, the surf beaches, Sorrento Sailing Club and Sorrento Village.

Filled with character and warmth, this family home has a central open plan living / dining / kitchen area. There are 2 living spaces for guests to relax, one with a modern wood burner to enjoy on cooler days. Other features include a well-equipped kitchen with large windows overlooking gardens, 3 bedrooms coming off the central living areas, a brand-new bathroom and a 2nd renovated bathroom and laundry only a few steps away on the outside on the deck.

The home is surrounded by recently updated coastal gardens, plus an extensive outdoor deck featuring 2 alfresco dining areas, a new BBQ, outdoor umbrella and a fire pit to toast marshmallows. Dine under the Moonah trees on one deck, enjoy drinks and nibbles on the other or relax with a coffee on the balcony. There are so many options!
