This stunning home has a simple, elegant style, reminiscent of the Greek Islands, Spain and Mexico. Close to 16th Back Beach, Verdant offers a private coastal haven, well suited to 3 couples, a family or extended family.

Rye's vibrant shopping strip is only a short drive away, with an eclectic mix of shops, cafes and restaurants plus the family friendly Rye foreshore beach, with playground and BBQ's. The Peninsula Hot Springs, new Alba Thermal Springs, golf courses, wineries, surf and bay beaches are easily accessible from this location.

HOUSE FEATURES:

Filled with natural light, Verdant has the feel of Mediterranean influences; featuring easy, relaxed living with the use of natural materials, rich-hued colors and textures. Minimally furnished it blends an intriguing mix of old and new, with contemporary art and classic furniture, creating a pared-down elegance and style.

Downstairs is the main open plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge with wood fire place. Large windows bring the outdoors in, and the french doors allow for views of the beautiful coastal gardens and provide easy access to the outdoor terrace and entertaining area, where you can enjoy al fresco dining amongst the trees (please note, there are no window coverings downstairs).

With indoor/outdoor dining options, a well equipped commercial style kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, stainless steel finishes and concrete benches, this home is an entertainer's dream. As night falls, the outdoor fire pit is the perfect place to gather and create special holiday memories.

Upstairs offers 3 bedrooms, featuring walls of rich-hued colors and beds wrapped in beautiful natural linen, a classic pool table for fun, and a stunning bathroom with sunken bath, separate toilet, shampoo, conditioner and hair tongs for your convenience. Outside there is another alfresco seating area surrounded by coastal garden to enjoy your morning coffee and book, plus off the deck is a second bathroom with shower, toilet and laundry.

Other features include split system heating/cooling, pedestal fans, 2 TVs (1 Smart TV with Netflix, Disney Plus and Binge) and Play Station. Onsite parking is available for 2 cars.
