This home is well located within a short drive to all of Mornington Peninsula’s attractions, including Peninsula Hot Springs, the new Alba Thermal Springs, world class golf courses and amazing wineries and breweries!

HOUSE FEATURES:

Featuring coastal styling with pops for colour for fun, polished timber floors throughout and an updated kitchen and bathroom, this beach house is comfortable and charming.

It has 3 bedrooms with Queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and an open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee pod machine. Relax and enjoy the native surrounds with 2 delightful outdoor areas. A sunny verandah at the front of the property which is the perfect spot for a morning coffee, and a rear deck under the shade of the Moonah trees with alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. The lounge room has a cosy wood fire coonara to keep you toasty warm on the cooler days, while snuggling up on the sofa with a hot chocolate and your favourite Netflix shows.

  • Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
