Comfortable and renovated, this home is in a quiet setting offering peace and tranquility. Tucked away in a prime Rye location it is close to the beach, Rye foreshore playground and picnic area and the vibrant Rye shopping strip with restaurants, cafes and boutiques is only a short walk away.

This home offers some disability/easy accessible features such as a ramp at the back door with access for walkers/wheelchairs/prams and hand rails in the large shower.

HOUSE FEATURES:

This charming home is light and airy with an open plan living, dining and kitchen overlooking a private grassed courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom is renovated and the living area features 2 large sofas, a Smart TV and your own massage chair to make your holiday even more relaxing! 

There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds plus another small living room/3rd bedroom with a double sofa bed (accessed via bedroom 2, there is a sliding door for privacy). The fully renovated bathroom has a large easily accessible shower.

There are 2 outdoor areas for guest to enjoy, a delightful rear grassed courtyard with 2 alfresco dining tables, outdoor chairs and a gas BBQ, or relax in the comfortable outdoor lounges on the pretty front verandah under the picturesque oak tree that provides shade and serenity. This is a great spot to relax and read your book sipping on a morning coffee or share nibbles and drinks on a balmy evening.

This home offers some disability/easy accessible features such as a flat, level, unobstructed driveway, a ramp at the back door with access for walkers/wheelchairs/prams, an open plan kitchen area and hand rails in the large walk in shower. 

This property shares a large block with another property that is located at the rear. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Onsite parking is available for 2 cars and a jet ski in the driveway, as well as the possibility of onsite parking at the rear for a small boat (please advise us if you would like to use this option).
