Coast and Country Getaways, is a boutique short stay accommodation booking and property management service.

We manage a wide range of stunning homes, units, beach houses and cottages, each with their own unique style and charm. Beautifully decorated, superbly styled and brilliantly positioned, our owners take pride in their properties, leaving them immaculately presented, ready for you to walk in, relax and feel at home.

We believe every aspect of a holiday should be relaxing – even organising it! Our team is made up of a group of professional, experienced and dedicated people who want to make your coast and country getaway as amazing as possible.

Whether you are a property owner interested in holiday letting your beach house; or you are a guest planning a romantic couples’ escape, a much needed family holiday, a getaway with friends, corporate staff programs or a special weekend away – we can assist! With around 80 properties to choose from, we offer various accommodation styles to provide your ideal getaway.

Our Team

Coast and Country Getaways is a full service agency with an experienced and professional team – including a dedicated Bookings team, Guest Services, Marketing & Channel Manager and Housekeeping and Laundry Services – so we can provide our owners and guests with the best service possible.

Bookings Team

Our Bookings team manages all booking enquiries that come in from phone calls, our website and 3rd party booking channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, Expedia etc.). They liaise directly with the guests, answering any questions they may have about properties, vetting guests and securing deposits and payments.

Guest Services Team

Our Guest Services team assists guests with any issues they may have during their stay, to ensure they have a relaxing and enjoyable time. They also work closely with the cleaning and housekeeping teams, and can assist with any maintenance or gardening requirements and organise trades if required.

Marketing and Channel Manager

Our Marketing and Channel Manager meets and liases with new and existing owners, assists with onboarding and setting up properties for short stays, creates new listings, organises photo shoots, develops and implements marketing strategies to promote our properties on social media and other platforms, and manages the website and 3rd party booking channels (Airbnb, Stayz, Booking.com, Expedia etc.).

Laundry Services

Squeekie Clean Coin and Commerical Laundry located in Rye, is also part of our business. Having this facility enables Coast and Country Getaways to streamline the laundry process, so we can directly manage the laundry requirements for our properties.
