Where is Safety Beach?

How to Get to Safety Beach from the Melbourne CBD?

It takes approximately 1 hour 40 minutes to drive to Safety Beach from the CBD along the Victorian coast via State Route 33. The quickest option would be to transition from the M1 in Southbank to the Mornington Peninsula Fwy/M11 for the rest of the trip.

For public transport, a train can be taken from Flinders St Station to Frankston, at which point you can take the 788 bus to Safety Beach. The whole trip takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
