A short 10 minute walk away you will find the Rosebud Plaza and Rosebud's vibrant shopping strip with cafes and restaurants, as well as the Rosebud Foreshore with an excellent swimming beach, picnic area and long pier to stroll along and take in the fresh sea air, or try your luck at fishing! This property is ideally located for families, with a children's playground at the end of the street and the family friendly Rosebud beach offering safe swimming and sand bars when the tide is out.

HOUSE FEATURES:

Perfect for entertaining family and friends, this lovely 2 storey townhouse has been carefully designed to offer maximum living. Downstairs is the hub of the home with a comfortable and well appointed living, dining and open plan kitchen, complete with coffee machine and WiFi. The extended al fresco dining and deck area with BBQ is adjacent to the kitchen providing easy indoor/outdoor entertaining.

The master bedroom is also on the lower level and features a shared bathroom and beautiful bed covers and accessories.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with air conditioning/heating and the sleek designed main bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a new queen size bed and the kids will love sharing the 3rd bedroom/bunk room with all new bed covers and space to play. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

Linen includes top sheet, fitted sheet, pillowcases, pillows, doona covers, doonas and mattress protectors per bed, bath towels per guest and a hand towel and bathmat per bathroom. Please BYO beach towels if required.

  • COVID REFUND POLICY: If the Government places us in lockdown, all payments will be held in credit to apply to a future booking. You have 12 months from release of lockdown to use the credit. Credit can be applied to any property in the Coast and Country Getaways portfolio.
  • This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays.   • Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
