  • For security purposes, this property has security cameras at the front entrance and rear entrance (garage)
  • Property is fully fenced. No Pets please.

  • STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events/gatherings allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays.   • A security bond is $1,500 for this property
  • You must agree to Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Code of Conduct. Council Registration Number – STRA0347/21
  • For safety reasons, this property is not suitable for children under the age of 5 (except infants yet unable to crawl)
  • For security purposes there are 2 security cameras that will be on during guest stays – one at the front door entry and one at the garage door exit. There are no cameras inside the property.
