This magnificent large modern home is right where you want to be for your family holiday, right on the Tyrone Foreshore, just 3 streets back from the beautiful front beach, and a short 6 min walk.

With private landscaped gardens and ample accommodation for 2 families. The property is elevated & set amongst beautiful native Moonah Trees, the rear alfresco patio area is beautifully shaded yet airy, getting the beautiful afternoon breezes off the bay.

Offering 5 bedrooms, the master with walk-through robe and ensuite, plus 4 more generous sized bedrooms. Perfect set up for an extended family or 2 families.

A modern, recently updated open plan kitchen/dining and living area makes the perfect space for entertaining in summer or winter. The living area spills out onto an undercover alfresco area with dining and BBQ, all complemented by the manicured gardens filled with colour and sweeping Ti-trees. Other features include, central heating & cooling, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fully equipped kitchen, all on a large block with plenty of off-street parking for cars and a boat.

Younger groups may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100. This is due to the strict Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct rules.
