La Casa Azzurra, means "the blue house" in Italian, and it suits this amazing beach house perfectly! A relaxed, spacious, well equipped family home which has been recently updated and renovated offering 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including a spa bath), 3 living spaces and 2 dining areas, it is ideally suited to 2 families, an extended family or a group of good friends.

Relax in your peaceful surrounds on the huge outdoor deck, with comfortable lounges, shade umbrellas and alfresco dining with BBQ facilities. It's a great spot to watch the kids play in the grassed, fully fenced back garden, and you may even bring your furry friend (by prior arrangement only). 

Perfectly located on a large corner block in a quiet, leafy street, La Casa Azzurra is within walking distance to the Rosebud Beach, Rosebud Plaza, Cafes, Restaurants, Rosebud Hotel and RSL and the new Rosebud Aquatic Centre. There is even an off-leash dog park at the end of the street (100m).
The other Mornington Peninsula offerings are only a short drive away, including beautiful bay and ocean beaches, the Peninsula Hot Springs, golf courses, fabulous wineries, Rye, Sorrento, Portsea and the National Park. Bus transport to Sorrento and Portsea is also easily accessible from here.

HOUSE FEATURES:

This house is a great entertainer for the whole family. The main house features 4 bedrooms (sleeps 9), has 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, a large bathroom with spa bath, shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks and a toilet, there is also a separate powder room! The kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The kids can enjoy some quiet time after a fun day at the beach or exploring the Peninsula in their own living space, fitted with a Smart TV, Netflix and a DVD player! There is also a porta cot and highchair available for your use.

The self contained unit adjoins the house via a large outdoor deck and sleeps 4. It features a spacious lounge area with TV, a kitchenette and a bathroom with separate toilet.

You will be warm in winter and cool in summer with 3 split systems, located in 2 of the living areas and the unit, as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Linen is included at this property – consisting of doonas, doona covers, mattress protectors, top sheets, fitted sheets and pillowcases per bed, bath towels per guest, bath mat and hand towel per bathroom. Linen is included in the cleaning fee. Please BYO beach towels if required.

IMPORTANT NOTICES:

  • COVID REFUND POLICY: If the Government places us in lockdown, all payments will be held in credit to apply to a future booking. You have 12 months from release of lockdown to use the credit. Credit can be applied to any property in the Coast and Country Getaways portfolio.
  • This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY – No Bucks or Hens parties, or other such functions allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. If you have any queries please contact us pre-booking so we can clarify.
  • Large younger groups (under 30 years old) may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100. 
  • A security bond is $1,000 for this property
  • You must agree to Mornington Peninsula Short Stay Code of Conduct
  • Strict Pet Conditions: Pets are allowed at this property with prior approval only. An additional $80 fee will apply. Pets may sleep inside, however they are not allowed on furniture or beds. House is fully fenced, however, please note that pets are entirely the owners responsibility.
