This traditional beach house is charming, comfortable and set in a great location, an easy 7 minute walk to Sorrento’s shops and cafes, and the beautiful bay and ocean beaches! It is an appealing older style cottage featuring 3 bedrooms, polished timber floors, an open plan living/kitchen/dining and new furnishings. With two outdoor entertaining decks, a new one upstairs and another one downstairs that overlooks the lovely established backyard, it is perfect for a game of cricket, bocce, finiska and plenty of space for your furry friend to explore (pets welcome with prior approval).
HOUSE FEATURES:
The cottage style kitchen is light and clean and comes equipped with Miele appliances and a dishwasher. Doors open from the kitchen to a sunny, new entertaining deck that is perfect for drinks and nibbles or barbecues on a balmy night. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms on the first level, both with built-in robes and reverse cycle heating/cooling, and a new family bathroom with underfloor heating, separate shower, full-size bath and separate toilet. Downstairs is accessed via an internal spiral staircase* and features a 3rd bedroom/retreat with a queen bed and bunk beds, reverse cycle heating/cooling, a sitting area with Smart TV and a combined bathroom/laundry.
* Please note that due to internal spiral staircase, this house may not be suitable for small children.
